  • Everything seasoning (or toppings of choice: sesame seeds, shredded cheese, garlic flakes)

Dough

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • cups full-fat Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, mix 3 cups of all-purpose flour with 2½ cups of full-fat Greek yogurt until a shaggy dough forms.
  • Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 2–3 minutes until smooth.
  • Let the dough rest for 5–10 minutes to relax the gluten.
  • Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll each piece into a smooth ball.
  • Let the dough balls rest for another 10 minutes to help with shaping.
  • Use your finger to poke a hole in the center of each dough ball and gently stretch to form a bagel shape.
  • Place the shaped bagels on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between them.
  • Brush the tops with whisked egg to create a shiny, golden finish.
  • Sprinkle with everything seasoning or other toppings as desired.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let the bagels cool on a wire rack for 15–20 minutes before slicing and serving.
