Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 8 ounces lump crab meat
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 3 tablespoons green onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Wrapping & Assembly
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Nonstick cooking spray (for air fryer and wontons)
In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, green onion, sugar, and black pepper until smooth.
Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, wet the edges with water, and fold into a sealed pouch or triangle.
Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C), spray basket and wontons with oil, and air fry for 7–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
Let cool slightly and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce like sweet Thai chili sauce.
