Ingredients
  

Filling

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 8 ounces lump crab meat
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons green onion, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Wrapping & Assembly

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • Nonstick cooking spray (for air fryer and wontons)

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, soy sauce, sesame oil, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, green onion, sugar, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Place 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper, wet the edges with water, and fold into a sealed pouch or triangle.
  • Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C), spray basket and wontons with oil, and air fry for 7–8 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce like sweet Thai chili sauce.
