  • cups frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup frozen raspberries
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • cups almond milk

Additional Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (¼-inch) piece fresh ginger (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Add to blender: almond milk, blueberries, cauliflower, raspberries, banana, almond butter, maple syrup, lemon juice, and ginger (if using).
  • Blend until smooth and creamy, adding extra almond milk if needed for desired consistency.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
