Cream butter, white sugar & brown sugar for 2 mins.
Add egg, vanilla & blue gel color, mix for 1 min.
Sift flour, salt, baking powder & baking soda, then fold into dough.
Mix in chocolate chips, crushed cookies & chopped Oreos.
Chill dough for 30–60 mins in fridge (covered).
Take dough, flatten, place whole Oreo inside & wrap dough around.
Roll into ball, place on tray & chill again (30 mins fridge / 15 mins freezer).
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F), bake 12–15 mins until edges golden.
Cool for 5 mins, move to rack, then enjoy!
