  • 2 cups diced frozen mango
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Optional Garnishes

  • Additional thawed mango cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour almond milk into blender first, followed by Greek yogurt.
  • Add frozen mango chunks and frozen banana pieces.
  • Add fresh lime juice.
  • Start blender on low speed for 10-15 seconds.
  • Increase to high speed and blend until smooth (45-60 seconds).
  • Stop and scrape sides if needed.
  • Add more milk if mixture is too thick.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
  • Top with thawed mango cubes and fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
