- 2 cups diced frozen mango
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
Optional Garnishes
- Additional thawed mango cubes
Pour almond milk into blender first, followed by Greek yogurt.
Add frozen mango chunks and frozen banana pieces.
Add fresh lime juice.
Start blender on low speed for 10-15 seconds.
Increase to high speed and blend until smooth (45-60 seconds).
Stop and scrape sides if needed.
Add more milk if mixture is too thick.
Pour into serving glasses.
Top with thawed mango cubes and fresh mint leaves.
