  • lbs Chicken Breasts or Thighs (cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 2 tablespoons Harissa Paste (adjust based on desired spice level)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • ½ to 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1 pint Grape Tomatoes (halved lengthwise)

  • cups Full-Fat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Cucumber, grated & drained of excess moisture
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1–1½ teaspoons Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, minced
