- 14 ounces lite coconut milk (1½ cups)
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 cups frozen pineapple
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Pour 1½ cups lite coconut milk into blender first.
Add 1 frozen banana.
Add 2 cups frozen pineapple chunks.
Add 2 tablespoons honey.
Add ½ teaspoon vanilla extract.
Start blender on lowest speed.
Gradually increase to high speed.
Use tamper to push ingredients into blades.
Blend for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
Check consistency - if too thick, add more coconut milk; if too thin, add more frozen fruit.
