  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup whole milk Greek yogurt
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • Optional fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Remove frozen fruits from freezer and let thaw for 5 minutes
  • Pour milk into blender first
  • Add Greek yogurt, honey, and lemon juice
  • Add frozen strawberries and banana
  • Start blending on low speed for 10-15 seconds
  • Increase to high speed and blend for 30-45 seconds until smooth
  • Check consistency - add more milk if too thick
  • Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh strawberry slices if desired
  • Serve immediately
