  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • cups (300 ml) whole milk
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) half and half or heavy cream

Topping

  • 1 cup (240 ml) cold heavy cream
  • 2-4 tablespoons granulated sugar, to taste
  • 1-2 cups fresh sliced strawberries for garnish
